Texas Gov. Perry avoids 2016 talk in Iowa

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - Texas Gov. Rick Perry is in Iowa for a two-day visit that he says is geared at helping the Iowa governor's re-election campaign.
   
Perry, who launched a failed Republican bid for President in 2012, had several stops in the Des Moines suburbs Thursday and was scheduled to meet with business leaders in Davenport on Friday. ...
