Apartment fire displaces 23

SAN ANTONIO -- Fire crews are on the scene of a two-alarm fire at an apartment complex on San Antonio's North Side.

The fire broke out shortly before 2p.m. at the Bitterwood Ranch Apartments in the 400 block of West Bitters near West Avenue.

A spokesperson for the San Antonio Fire Department says there are 27 fire units at the location. ...
