Murder suspect captured after 4 years

SAN ANTONIO -- Federal agents say a murder suspect was captured after a four-year investigation.

The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force says that 24-year-old Joe Martinez was arrested this afternoon in San Antonio.

Investigators say he was involved in a shooting that led to the death of David Valdez on West Laurel in 2010. ...
