Dog rescued from dumpster adopted

SAN ANTONIO -- A dog who was thrown into a dumpster with its paws taped together has a new home.

Two good Samaritans rescued Oscar last week after they spotted a couple tossing something into the dumpster and then heard him howling for help. He was taken to the San Antonio Humane Society to get checked out and readied for adoption
