281 'Superstreet' could come to Comal Co.

BULVERDE, TX -- For a decade, Pet Spaw has been the place where "Buddy" gets a haircut. Usually, Pet Spaw owner Rebekah James does the cutting.

James says the traffic on 281 is part of the success. That success could be hampered.
