City of San Antonio's proposed 2015 budget is $2.4 billion

SAN ANTONIO --  The City of San Antonio has released details about its proposed $2.4 billion 2015 budget.

San Antonio City Manager Sheryl Sculley says the proposed budget is balanced with no layoffs and no city property tax rate increase.
