Man shot in head, found in street

SAN ANTONIO – A man was found lying in the street with an apparent gunshot wound to the head, early Saturday morning.

San Antonio Police received a call for gunshots fired in the 600 block of Vestal Place around midnight. When officers arrived, they found an Hispanic male, thought to be in his 20s, lying in the middle of the street. ...
