SAN ANTONIO -- State investigators have arrested a woman who allegedly prostituted a 16-year-old Austin-area girl for several days from late December 2012 until the beginning of January 2013.
The affidavit states Gionna S. Smith and another man who went by the nickname "Daddy" took the girl from the Austin area and brought her to San Antonio the day after Christmas in 2012. ...
