SAN ANTONIO -- Police have arrested a 49-year-old man who reportedly molested a 9-year-old boy in December.
Police say Emilio Banda inappropriately touched the boy while at a friend's home.
An affidavit states the child later told his mother about the incident and she reported it to police who later found Banda is a registered sex offender. ...
